One time, at the pizza factory...

One time at the pizza factory, our waitress was rude, awkward, and annoying. She kept reminding us how much food we ordered and how huge everything is...there was definitely server judgement coming that little California girl!

Then one time at the pizza factory the salad bar looked like it had been used by preschoolers for a hands-on learning activity where throwing and mixing food was the object of the lesson.

Then another time at the pizza factory, it looked like all the females were having a dress up contest to see who could look the most trendy, wear the most make up, be the most tan in the winter, and of course, ignore all the customers the most. I'm sure the prize was a shopping spree at Forever Young shoes or something else totally Provo style.

Then this other time at the pizza factory the salad bar "cleaner" guy mixed the ranch and blue cheese dressing together right in front of my eyes and then noticed I saw him doing it and pretended not to see me watching in horror.

Then another time at the pizza factory the salad bar had no salad for about 15 minutes. AND the little teeny tiny zone for the salad bar was overtaken by senior citizens and ladies out to lunch hovering over the salad bar to be the first ones in line when the salad arrived.

Then this other time at the pizza factory Dan's pasta sauce tasted like granulated cheese-wanna-be sauce.

This other time at the pizza factory we waited for our bill for like 20 minutes.

And another time at the pizza factory the servers and hosts/hostesses all seemed to be more concerned with flirting than taking care of their guests. This other time we waited for our food for 45 minutes and then when we got it, the cheese in my Calzone wasn't even melted and Dan literally had to take it back into the kitchen to ask someone to cook it longer because our server never came to check on our food.

I think the main reason we always go back is because of those darn breadtwists! They are so good that we put up with terrible service, disgusting salad bars, mediocre "Italian" food, decent pasta sauces, and slow service. 

Obviously we should have given up on the pizza factory.

BUT THEN.

We discovered the pizza factory beyond the borders of Utah County and our hearts and tummies have been filled and satisfied ever since. You wouldn't even know that the restaurants are related after visiting the pizza factory on 3700 S, 900 E Murray, UT.

Ever since we discovered the BEST pizza factory, we can't help ourselves. The salad bar is always full, clean, and inviting. There are no spills or mixes in the salad dressing zone. The lettuce is always fresh and plentiful, and they have delicious salad toppings! I always get the salad bar and gorge myself.

Dan is such a carbivore that when we go out to eat, there has to be some form of hot bread involved or he feels unsatisfied. I have to have a salad bar or at least a great house salad to feel satisfied at a restaurant so the pizza factory in Murray meets everyone's needs! Plus they serve shredded zucchini instead of noodles making it a great place for a veggie lover like myself.

If you ever go to pizza factory, just go to the best one in Murray where they ALWAYS give you a secret number to call so you can get free dessert at the end of your meal. The servers are always friendly, they always keep your beverages filled, and if something isn't right with your meal they take care of it. We never feel like we are tapping our foot when we're ready to pay. It's simply the best.

During my "free meal" for the week we went to the pizza factory in Murray and clearly we enjoyed ourselves.
